ROOM RESERVATIONS
To make reservations at the Hilton Old Town Alexandria and receive the IBWA group rate:
$239 Single/Double Rate, plus 14.5% tax, plus $1.00 ($274.66/night total). Most rooms feature two double beds. There are a limited number of King Rooms in the IBWA room block. If a king bed is not important to you, please request a double-double.
The IBWA room rate includes complimentary Internet access. All other room rates do not cover this charge of $14.95 per day.

➢ Tuesday, May 24, 2016 is the reservation cut-off date. Rooms may sell out prior to this deadline so you are strongly encouraged to make your reservations immediately.

Thank you for booking your reservation within the IBWA group room block as it enables the association to receive the benefit of complimentary meeting space and helps prevent IBWA from being assessed penalties for not meeting our room block guarantee. IBWA does not receive credit for rooms booked through company travel contracts or travel sites such as Expedia, Orbitz, etc.
HOTEL SERVICES/AMENITIES (prices are current as of 4/20/16)
➢ Complimentary access to the health club is available 24-hours per day via your room key.
➢ Room Service – Available until 11:00 pm
➢ Overnight Self-Parking – $34.00 for hotel guests with in and out privileges
➢ Daily Parking – $14.00 maximum; no in and out privileges (this rate is comparable to other garages in the area)
➢ Business Center – 24-hours per day self-service
AIR/GROUND TRANSPORTATION
There are several Hiltons in close proximity to Washington, DC. When referring to the hotel for the IBWA meetings, be sure to specify the “Hilton Old Town Alexandria”. Transportation options include:
➢ Reagan National Airport – 5 miles/15 – 35 minutes depending on traffic via taxi (approx. $21-25)
➢ Dulles International Airport – 33 miles/45 – 75 minutes depending on traffic via taxi (approx. $60-70)

➢ Metrorail – The King Street stop (Blue and Yellow Lines) is directly across the street from the Hilton – Service provided from Regan National Airport takes about 8 minutes and the fare ranges between $1.85 and $3.00 (depending on time of day and type of fare card). ➢ Driving – Obtain directions under the “Hilton Home” tab on the Hilton Old Town’s website.
