Exhibit Fee Includes:

  • Three hours of exhibit time with no competing conference events
  • Exhibit “Booth” page to load links to printed collateral, short information video, headshots of booth staff, and appointment/chat options.
    – To enter an Exhibit Booth, attendees will select “Exhibits” on the conference landing page, which will take them to the “Exhibits” landing page. There, they can select exhibitors from an alphabetical list or make product category selections that will forward them a list of exhibitors with those products. Clicking on a company name will take the attendee to the exhibitor’s booth page.
  • Inclusion in product listings that you select so that when an attendee clicks on a product category, they will be directed to exhibitors that carry those products.
  • Links to registered attendees and their contact information so you can make appointments through the platform scheduler.
  • Participation in a live webinar to learn how to maximize your booth page and set up appointments through the platform scheduler. This webinar will be recorded, so, if you can’t make the live presentation you can watch it on demand.
  • Assistance from the platform provider, as requested, while you set up your booth page.
  • IBWA marketing of the exhibitors that will be participating in the Trade Show via the IBWA website, IBWA’s e-newsletter Splash, and targeted emails.

IBWA is working with the platform vendor to finalize details about when exhibitors can view the webinar, set up their booth pages, and begin making appointments.

As soon as more details becomes available, IBWA will communicate them.
